Code 24

hi all, Im new to the forklift world and ive been running into a problem lately that i cant figure out... im getting a code 24 but only when the mast is being raised and i try and move forward... this forklift keeps coming back but i cant find the issue.... both contactors have been replaced and im getting voltage to the contactors. i checked CA402 plug on oscillator card and it seems to be fine. please help!
