Code 24 No Drive F/R

Can anyone tell me what to check for, I have no drive in either direction. We have tried another f/r contactor & still the same.

Your lift has a EVT100ZX GE controller, manual free, and downloadable from flight systems.
Fault 24 indicates directional contactor or wiring failure. also possible RB contactor failure.
Check your drive motor cabling and brushes.
