Discussion:
Code 204

This is a AC ver of the lift, Code is for (204) M3 pump motor current is low during operation.

A month ago before the code 204, we had a burnt wire/plastic smell, turns out the RC had a 24v (p) contactor installed, we swapped it out for the 36V OEM part. 110613-007. Lift ran good for a month, now the code 204 came up, and had to tow the lift.

Key lift on, no code, (L) contactor clicks on then off, no code
Step on foot switch, (p) contactor clicks on, 1sec later clicks of and codes out.

Turns out, it was the fuse FU2, top side looked good, other side was blown, on the continuity test, there was still a audible beep.

Have you checked the battery. Check voltage drop, water and what voltage is sits static. Since it codes out when you step on the pedals, you can't check it under load. Start with checking the battery static voltage.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
