I have the same issues before,
Try to replace distribution board. ;)
It can also be triggered if Access 3 is not getting power. Check CA403-3 for battery volts. If not there, check FU5 in the distribution board. If it is getting power, then check the Utilities Menu for the Access 3 part number and software number. If you get a blank screen, Access 3 has no power. If you have this, but also have power to the connector above, then your Access 3 might be bad. However, do not throw another one in right away. Check for shorts to frame first as this could be the reason it went bad. Usually the steer motor, lift motor, fan, or contactor coil are shorted, but could be others. Good luck.
crown has PDI out on this could also be display modual. if you go in and watch counts as you raise forks past staging they should change from the added weight. if you change display you will probably need crown tech to update software in whole truck to get things to work
