I hace a Cat 2EC 15. it has no function at startup and a code 10 is displayed. The 1a contactor comes in and the releases displaying the code

what is the serial number?
10 may be the self test running, or a motor power circuit defect.
I am betting it ain't trivial to troubleshoot.
