Can't seem to find info what Code -04 on Clark NPR15D stands for. Does somebody know what it means? This code does not appear in the service manual.

Thanks Kevin_t. Yes, ther truck has had problems with control lever. Will probably need changing because it has been fixed too many times now.
Cheers!
Thanks again fran. Code -04 meant no voltage going into EVT card. Problem fixed now.

First thing i would check is the wiring in the control handle have run into problems with it on a few trucks that i work on,also check the continuity of the wiring that goes thru the pantograph for the solenoid valves if one is open or shorted then the other functions wont work either, also check the solenoid coils for opens and shorts
Not sure why you have hydraulic problem have you checked the battery is it clean and dry check for earth leakage etc, is voltage at tb2 greater than 60% with key and seat sw closed and directional sw in neutral, what model of controller is fitted does it have pulse hyd also. Fran
Thanks fran. Yes, codes change to -02 when FWD is applied and -03 when REV.
No Lowering of Mast is possible at all, but no codes when trying to lower. No reach extension is possible either, also with no codes.
On ge ev100 -04 start switch low after initial start up check directional switch also the start switch, does code change when you try to drive check voltage at tb2 should be greater than 60% batt volts if all switches seem ok could be card at fault.
