I am new to working on these units. I have retrieved the codes out of the machine by reading the flashes. It seems to be 3 5 3 followed by 1 2. I am guessing that 1 2 is end of code list, but I am tring to find out what 3 5 3 means. I would also love to have a complete code list if someone has one as well as a service manual. The problem with the machine is it backfires on startup and has a loss of power.
I have read that you can hook up a laptop to these units. Does it require a special interface?
Thanks for your time

Turns out after doing a compression test that cylinder #1 was low. I suspect a bad head gasket. Seems to be somewhat common on these.
My bad. Thanks for the correction Kevin.
To clear codes on this truck turn the key to the on position and push the Accel pedal 10 times with in 10 seconds and it will clears the codes in memory
Danny
Thanks for the information. I did clear the codes with the 5 in 5 seconds and it has not come back yet but it still is not right. I can't check the software as I don't have the interface, but I would love to have one. Is there a way to get one?
We have had simular problems with late Doosan's where if they back fire crap gets on the TMAP sensors and this then throws a fault. There are software updates on some of these units which makes them less sensitive to this but you would need someone with software etc.
You also need to clear the code which you can do with a simular pedal dance to Mitsi's but not the same but I cant remember excactly how of the top of my head but I have got it written down some where.
I replaced the TMAP sensor and so far there is no code, but the unit has no power and still pops when it starts. I have also replaced the plugs and wires. I now have the manual (wow is it big), I will see what I find in there but any suggestions would be great.
Kevin,
Thanks for the info. The machine is a G30P-5 running on LPG. I have a TMAP Sensor on order. I will let you know what I find.
I have also updated my profile.
Just searched thru some info i have on the Woodward fuel system that is on the newer Doosan's and from what i see Code 353 is for the MAP sensor
MAP_STICKING MAP sensor not changing as expected
Code 353
What engine is in this truck?? is it gas/LPG or diesel?
