Key and seat switch on, Code 21 or 11 for fwd/rev drive - Code 30 when hyd used. suspect IGBT or Card. any thoughts or suggestions??? Ran code history found 47 and 48 Thanks

I checked the contact assemblies and test good. Further test found a faulty drive card. re and re. All is good. Thanks feed back Shane. Have a great Holiday and New year :-)

I don't think its an IGBT problem as the controller does a self test on the power circuit when you switch on the truck. I think your problem is the line contactor tips, when you try to draw current in the motor circuits the volt drop across the line contactor is too high.
