Carburetor

C500-S30 is hard to start. Carburetor has vacuum diaphragm on end of it and vacuum hose goes to inlet of Carburetor. Can anyone tell me what this part is called.

It sound like you have a zenith carb but with out picture l am guessing some were steel body that were from factory and some were changed to alliumim body with hose coming out back but they had electric to prime them.hope this helps
