Can’t get to right side spark plug wires or spark plugs

Okay. What is the procedure for tuning this lift up? Has a 4.3 gm engine propane. Can't get to the tune up parts on the right side without going from the bottom. I'm not climbing under a 30,000 pd lift. Thanks

Old post I know but did you get this sorted?? What model is it I'm guessing a f8 Titan?. If it is you can do them from the top there is a cut out in the chassis to get you arm down but it's a nightmare of a job and takes a **** of a long time to do lol
