C500Y300D

We have a C500Y300D trying to find out what the load center rating is? 30,000 # @ 24", 36" or 48"? Also what kind of pump pressure should this have?

We've put a new pump but customer said its not lifting but 15,000 lb at 48" LC.

Thanks!

Pump pressure should be about 2400 PSI
Load center will be 24", however some larger lifts capacities are calculated for larger load center dimensions illustrated on the capacity chart. Check the data plate on the unit if still attached.
