BT / TOYOTA LWE 200

Need help if possible,

We have a fault code C28 displayed, checked emergency stop ets all seems ok.
Can anyone supply me with a service manual or wiring diagram for this truck.
I would prefer service manual if possible.

yes, you are right Rogeriwt.

When this happens, the PTC resistence overheats so pin16 in transistor controller does not receive 24v.

It's easy to check, if touch PTC it's too hot. (BE CAREFUL CAN BURN).

I have also had this code when the lift pump motor contactor sticks.

Hi Micky,

If have been checked the emergency stop, first check PTC resistor connected in main contactor (K10) terminals.

If resistor is OK, check voltage on pin 16 (wire n24) of curtis transistor regulator should be 24v

iIf the above is correct, check battery, this failure is also produced as a result of a defective battery.

Check your mail.
