Hi Micky,

If have been checked the emergency stop, first check PTC resistor connected in main contactor (K10) terminals.

If resistor is OK, check voltage on pin 16 (wire n24) of curtis transistor regulator should be 24v

iIf the above is correct, check battery, this failure is also produced as a result of a defective battery.
