Hi guys,

Does anybody know what means error code 3:382 on BT RRE 160 reach truck?

Hi. You can bypass the LID Function with the help of TRUCKCOM

If you want to install LID you need to cross check the software compatibility with TRUCKCOM

Will send you the procedure by separate mail.

we have BT RRE160. we get error code 3:328.
IF we ON and off for thirty to fourty times the error goes off every time

Hi Have you replaced any part like CID ( Display Unit) or MCU or Drive regulators.. if yes means need to work with TRUCKCOM..

I have the reach truck, brand of BT, model RRE160, Error code is 2:555, I has checked the fuse F73 and wire system but the truck still can't working.
If can please show me, how to solve this error code.

3:382 = No current or earth to speed sensor.

Its the speed sensor for the traction motor.

Should be around 160 K ohm resistance measured across the sensor pins.

These sensors also get dirty so it would be worth removing the sensor & cleaning the tip.
