thanks Nick I did check the fuses both were good. one thing I did notice is the key is broken in the on position and cant be turned off for charging... is it possible that this will cause the no charging concern??? Thanks so much for getting back to me on this...

Hi Randy. There are 2 blade fuses under the cover, one of those are for the charger 10Amp see email for fault LEDs

The problem was a short circuit between f1, f2 and chassis.
The chopper breakdown but I have had one in my van!

Hi guys,
I have one of those machines with problems, mine has the pump working perfect but no traction at all.
I have been testing the battery and its fine, the tiller switch works and the contractor kicks in the coil in the brake receives 24v but no movement after that.
I tried dismounting the brake but still the same, the problem is that I don't have any info about this truck, any ideas???

I remember that this pallet truck in olders machines slows down when driving and if at the same time pump is active. Check lift swicht S34.

Is the service warning flashing?
There is a parameter that if its activated will slow the truck down if the service warning isnt reset.
