BT Levio LPE200 2015 max speed setting only 6 km/h issue

Hello , does any one know what happend.
I have this order pick truck and alle drive parameter are 100%
Max speed settings in parameters are 12.5 km/h
platform down and sideguard up drive it 6 km/h, sideguard down not happend while driving , platform up only 4 km/h.
Inputs platform and sideguard oke in test function.
steer colum sensor in straight way 0 degrees ,this work correct.
In truck com software parameter 1044 on max 12,5 km.
No error and truck works good , only max 6 km...
Any a idea?
