Sorry Edward, thanks for correcting that.
the website would have to be written as www dot bmhque dot co dot uk for the software here to allow the website address (URL) to be seen by more than just the next poster.
Hi Regdor,
You can visit Briggs dedicated used equipment auction website at www.bmhque.co.uk. I understand you will have to regsiter for this but once done, you can view and then bid on any of the featured machines.
Hi TheManWho, Interesting insight, just went looking for their auction site. Do you know where it is?
don't speak too soon. we were bidding at a company a couple of weeks ago for a pair of old knackered cat diesels. briggs gave them 1K a truck more than we offered. when we tried to buy them from briggs all we got was " no, these are really popular. we're going to sell them on our auction site"
SHOME MISHTAKE SHURELY!
another lossmaker from the clever used equipment dept.
Making money now they have got rid of the Lex Harvey management
linde must pay decent wages
how about you taking me out lifty
good news about briggs if its true not so much for the
lads they've had to lose along the way
Agreed CATMAN.
Can't believe the negativity on these forums when a bit of good news is published. Maybe what these people want is more dedicated forklift people being made redundant???
For shame....
Better than the 250k a month loss from when they bought the business!!!
£28K hey? i can spend that on shoes and handbags in a month! :-)
28k up this month (must of weighed the scrap in)
briggs to take on yale dealer ship that will be the day
they can,t fix cats never mind yales !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see that Briggs have the Finn forest contract , supplying mostly Baumann sideloaders.
Good luck lads youre gonna need it working on those piles of S***
i heard something about briggs chaging to yale. has anyone else heard or is just a typical forklift rumour.
Catman,
Interesting news perhaps this may signal a recovery in the Uk market???.
