Brakes

I have the pleasures of working on one of these items.Any idea of time and cost on parts for a brake job on this jem ?

I get stuck with having to do quite a few of these and "closer to 8" is what ends up happening. Parts are reasonable. Parking brake on those is on the back of the drive motor.

Wouldnt be able to comment on costs...that would all depend on dealer prices and what all you decide on replacing........this has internal brakes like the old C500 does....have to pull the whole axle end just to get to the brakes if was me i would be doing a COMPLETE brake job when i had it apart......all hardware......wheel cylinders and shoes....as for time i would say at least 6 hours if not more close to 8.....i would also replace the emergency brake cables while your in there....isnt a job for a novice thats for sure.......
