Discussion:
Brake cylinder part numbers?

Hi all, I have a yale glc030cenuaf077 forklift I recently bought at the scrap yard. Its got 15,000 hours on the meter but a good engine (180psi on all cyl) good hydraulics, and good trans. on the downside, it spent at least 25 years in a chemical plant so it doesn't have much paint and everything is rusty. The brake lines were so thin that the first time I touched the pedal one burst. I bought new ni-copp brake lines, and fittings and installed them. However, when I went to bleed the brakes the bleeder valves both broke off. I took the brakes apart and removed the wheel cylinders, both appear to leak as well so they need to be replaced. I have looked all over and taken the old cylinders to napa and come up with nothing. I would greatly appreciate anyone with a parts manual to provide a part number for the wheel cylinder. Thank you for reading and to any and all responses.

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
