Bolt breaking

The bolt that holds the alternator and the water pump keeps breaking.i can see vibration from the alternator may be the problem.ive replaced the fan bearing an all bolts are tight an still woundering WHAT THE ****?

Is it a gm 3.0 engine with v belts? If so, there should be a very thin shim in the bottom cast mountnig hole of the alternator. This removes the slop when the bolt is installed through the bottom alternator hole.
