Discussion:
Blow fuse

Hi, i here have a Raymond r40tt and Came into the shop beacuse a no power condition, i found that the line filter fuse keeps blowing with no apparent reason, i have checked everything and found no signs of shorts no wires burnt or chaffing so, i'm getting frustrated, Also a resistance in the Main board is getting really hot is the one ontop of the conector that comes from the encoder, i heard something about the voltage being low and causing that fuse to blow, i don't know how to configure the low voltage cut off, any help would be appriciated

Sound like the fuse holder is bad. New filter would be in order.

So, i unplugged the b-neg from the line filter and it does not get hot anymore, it does not work with the b+filter or the b+ disconnected, could this be a sign for the line filter failing? I pulled the fuse before domingo this and it has a burnt side and the spring almost melted

The line filter itself can go bad.
There may be an issue with warning light or travel alarm.
B+filt and B-filt are output side of filter try with them disconnected then add back on one at a time.

Check the overmast cable. Most likely short in there.
