BDI Adjustment

Was wondering if anyone out there could tell me how to reset the bdi function on this unit,it was originally equipped with a rapid charge battery setup. We have removed the rapid charge setup and went to a conventional battery. What appears to be happening is the unit goes into a cutout too soon, any help would be greatly appreciated.
