Battery not coming out

I repair and fixed back the mast of the Hoist?
Machine been overhaul the mast by other technician.
When i fixed everything the battery when you u pull the lever the battery light on display on and when u reach out function the motor not running battery not able to pullout?
But if you put sensor to eliminate the battery display the motor will run and battery come out.

what is the problem for this hoist ?
