Battery level indicator stuck on "dead battery"

Software version 009 S/N 6591139
Tried 6 "known" fully charged batteries - level indicator shows "dead" zero bars on CID display.
CanKey won't let me change BDI parameter.
Lift cut-out engaged.

Anybody got any ideas what might be going on??

Hi,
I also facing problem in Li-Ion battery E-box,BMS, I have literature but unfortunately it is in Spanish language. do you have literature in English?
my truck model is RRE250H, year 2019.

Next morning after a night of battery interlock removed and battery unplugged - plugged everything back in and "presto" unit fires right up showing 100% battery level??
Dealer tech came out - found nothing unusual, except error log "full" of Code-2:021 - Operator not logging out - before battery unplugged???
Latest software tech has is -009 says it's "hard" for them to get the latest software packages???
Not a big fan of these latest greatest BT's. Strange things going on!!
