Unfortunately you can not configuration this charger to achieve good charging current in 50HZ, but you can change the terminal jumpers to achieve 40-60% charge current.

Give brand, model number
Did you check inside the front access door for a manual?
There should be one in there that would show you how to connect the jumpers for power input voltage range and suggested line fuse rating.
