batteries are fully charge

It was working great then it was left out and got wet, it powers up but wont do anything , the base or hand controls wont do anything no up or down nothing from right to left number 1 is on ,number 2 is on, number 5 is on and showing a wrench in bottom right hand corner I think it is flashing code 19 need help with this please

Check the plugs behind the charger door cover. They come unplugged sometimes.

SRO fault, basically improper start sequence. It thinks your hands are on the controls when you turn on, the foot switches aren't working, the gates are open (if it is that only operates when the gates are closed) or the base/platform switch is in the base position.

My advice would be to check the base/platform switch first, most people change it when trying to get the brakes off to push the machine.
