Discussion:
Alarm sounding

I have a RR5225-45.
My issue is the alarm is sounding and showing Control load on the display. I have went trough the wiring harness and checks in the manual but everything is checking out good. Also when I tilt the forks all the way up the alarm will go off and then it shows Monitor Disabled. Also everything is operating as it should. Truck is not down at all.

You either have the pressure switch or pressure transducer screwed into back left side of tilt cylinder beside the hoses that looks at hydraulic pressure to see how much weight you have on the forks so yours thinks it is overloaded. When you tilt all the way up or down the switch box bolted right above it turns it off because pressure reading will be high and unreliable so it does not monitor the weight.
