Discussion:
Alarm 24 ??

Hi guys
Got an issue with a reach stacker. Comes up with Alarm 24 then you have to manually override the system to get the boom to Tele out and go up and down. Rotator works and locking pins but won't extend

Any thoughts ?

Andy,

Too high of pressure difference between the derricking cylinders at the Piston sides. Verify all wiring at the cylinder valves is good, check all connections. Before using bypass, continue the derricking functions, does the boom start raising again? If not replace the derricking sensor. When was the boom calibrated last? You might want to try that first.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.

Fact of the week
Australia was the first nation to successfully convert its paper-based currency to polymer banknotes, a technology developed in the same country. The first polymer banknote was a commemorative $10 note issued in 1988 to mark the Bicentenary. The first polymer banknotes were also the first to feature a transparent "window" as a security feature.
