Toyota 52-6FG45:
accelerator pedal no longer works

When I turn on the ignition the accelerator pedal works and when I have started it it no longer works.
FYI: if I quickly turn the ignition on and off while turning, the accelerator pedal works normally again.
Another additional problem: the starter relay of the ignition is broken, but bridge it with a wire.

I'm looking for an electrical diagram of the Vortex GM6 motor> electronic throttle
