Accelerator delayed

The accelerator has a rather annoying delay. Looking through the menus I'm not sure what to do. I don't have a service manual yet. Suggestions ?

When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
