not trying to be a wiseguy or smart or anything like that with you but....

that would be your local hyster dealer
unless you are a dealer tech you won't get it
it's not something that is handed out freely to just anyone
not to mention you will have to have the canbus adapter cable in order for it to even be useful to you even by chance you did get hold of it, that is another dealer item that probably would not be sold to just any joe schmoe on the street

call a dealer and get a tech to hook up to it if you need help with your lifttruck in this way :o)
