Discussion:
-93 Code

Went to PM a RC3000. Took the covers off and blew the equipment and motors out. Afterwards its throwing this code only when trying to get the equipment to move. The equipment is really slow moving. Checked the forward and reverse contactor tips for wear and did end up replacing one of them due to tips being worn. But still ended up with the same result. Ohm the traction motors out and they tested fine. I'm at a lose it ran fine until it gotten blown out. Any suggestions?

The relay for the Entry Bar alarm might be defective.

I have replaced at least 3 relays within 10 years. You can remove and clean the relay and reinstall, then perform test drive.

You might have no other choice except to install a known good used Relay or just install a new Relay.

The only symptom that you'll get for a malfunctioning Relay is very very slow travel speeds (half-mile per hour).

Another idea is to be certain that the stem of the Accelerator Potentiometer is actually rotating properly when you push and pull the Multifunction handle.

The Accelerator Pot could be defective, too. You really need to use a Simpson 260 to test the resistance of the Potentiometer.

I checked the settings on the traction control card and all settings are good. It started moving like normal but before I could even get it over my door for a test drive it went right back into its issue. What's the next thing to check?

I would perform a tune-up for the Oscillator Card. You'll need to plug in your General Electric LX Handset in order to gain access to the Function Values and be able to calibrate values.

Before you plug in, you need the Crown service manual and go to the pages that show the charts for Function Values. Start with all of this first, let me know how your doing.
