Discussion:
335-02 Fault code 32

Hello

Truck drives and steers fine but has no hydraulics.

Code 32 on dash when truck is turned on. I have truck doctor and fitted new levers because of this but still nothing, on the current information and fault code section it was also reading error 55 69 and info 1 2 4 which I don't know anything about, any ideas much appreciated as I'm hoping its not an expensive new control unit job!

Thanks
Matt

Hi,
In most cases, we don't need to do any calibrations at all when replacing the LDC with the new one.
Only some cases, we are asked to do calibration for the ACC.
Good luck

Usually works without calibration and just plug and play but sometimes not. Never know...

Morning

I did try this eventually but also no luck! I feel like I have diagnosed the problem now because the electronic control unit LDC40/10 (3903606331) was causing the same issues on another 335 I plugged it into.

I have ordered a new unit, does anyone know if this is a simple plug in and go or is there calibration/installation of some sort requiring the laptop?

Kind Regards
Matt

Hello, still at a loss as i have now tested the power module on other trucks and they don't produce error 32. Below is what i see for lift fault 32 in truck doctor so i guess the last option is a broken wire somewhere deep.

32 Signals from joystick Auxiliary Hydraulics 1 Outside the permitted range
(cable break or short circuit, Etc.)
Consequence: No additional hydraulics 1 function.

Error condition at control:
Voltage on X13:84 or X13:92 < 1,4 V or
Voltage on X13:84 or X13:92 > 12,8 V.

Possible causes:
Defect in the joystick
or Fault in path X13:84 - X1:8 - 2X4:2 - 2B2 - 2X4:1 - X1:39 - X13:50
or Fault in path X13:84 - X1:8 - 2X4:2 - 2B2 - 2X4:6 - X1:40 - X13:70
or Fault in path X13:92 - X1:10 - 2X4:4 - 2B2 - 2X4:1 - X1:39 - X13:50
or Fault in path X13:92 - X1:10 - 2X4:4 - 2B2 - 2X4:6 - X1:40 - X13:70

Hi,
Yes, as you said the traction and steering are all OK this means that there is no problem with Acc.
It is strange for me that all docs regarding to this truck 335-02 in my record telling me that error code No 32 is Acc instead of Joystick.
Anyhow, if the No 32 is now removed and solved I am really sure the problem is caused by No 55 : Power module 1A1..
Good luck

Thank you for replying! Just to update it was the joysticks we replaced with no luck. Because the truck drives and steers ok we assumed 32 was a fault code for the 'Linde load control LDC40C50' on truck doctor as opposed to traction.

If you have any other ideas based on this or think that the ACC could still be an issue please let me know as currently I have removed the power module for some lengthy and potentially expensive trial and error!

Hi
As you mentioned "I have truck doctor and fitted new levers".
=> I am not sure whether you have replaced the new hydraulic joystick or Accelerator (drive potentiometer).
FYI :
Code 32: the signals of ACC are out of range.
Therefore, you need:
=> To do calibration the Acc by Linde Truck Doctor
=> Check the wiring from Acc to the controller
=> If the error code still happens, you must replace the Acc by the new one.
Code 55 & 69: Are all related to the power module 1A1.
From my experience, when code No. 32 is solved then the following codes are often disappeared too.
In case, you have already cleared the error code No 32 but the code No 55 always appears on the current error code window, I assume that you have no way to change the new power module 1A1.
Good luck
