24volt cushman minute mizer 3 wheel industrial cart serial#2560917 date code a3108

cart will accel or take off by itself but only at times can't seem to duplicate problem any ideas?

I had this one before, it was where the pot wires go into the controller, the pins were loose
I changed the square pins and it never happened again

Sounds like shorted wiring.
