1960's Hyster TC200 Steering Pressure

Working on a truck that has extremely high wheel effort to turn. Checked the steering pressure at the cylinder and have only 1200psi. Does anyone have the spec for what the main and steering pressure should be?? Any info would be helpful having trouble getting any help because of the age of this unit.

We have already replaced the pump due to low pressure. had the main relief cranked all the way in and could only get 1500 psi @ tilt relief. r/r pump now the main pressure we set at 2100 psi. (just a guess). still had hard steering checked steering pressure only getting 1300 to steering box. pulled down priority valve and found broken spring. the spring is no longer available so need to order the whole valve. but need to know what pressures to set everything at to get going. Do not have a s/n right now but the m/n is TC200. Hope that sheds some light.

Does the lift work well? How about volume? Do you have a model # or serial #?
