Zeppelin Group is buying CP ApS, one of the leading equipment rental companies in Denmark. 

With this acquisition, Zeppelin is further expanding its international activities and strengthening its rental business. 

Following approval of the transaction by the relevant antitrust authority, closing is expected at the end of May or beginning of June.

As a specialist for construction site equipment, CP ApS mainly focuses on the rental of modular space systems (site huts and facilities), but also of construction machines and equipment, and is active in construction site management and planning. Customers in Denmark will benefit from a significantly extended range of products and services from a single source.

"Acquiring CP is another consistent measure towards developing Zeppelin's market position in Denmark," says Zeppelin chairman Andreas Brand.

CP maintains three locations - in Viby Sj. (headquarters), Galten and Middelfart, with a rental fleet of about 11,000 assets and around 150 staff. Customers include construction companies, public institutions as well as private companies.
