Accident at AmericoldA worker has died in a forklift accident at a cold storage facility in Clearfield, Utah.
Local police say 38-year-old William Davis died at Americold, after being pinned between a forklift and freezer shelves.
Police say that first responders quickly freed Davis and offered first aid before transporting him to the hospital.
He subsequently died at Holy Cross Hospital in Layton from his injuries.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) officials have been notified and the incident is under investigation.
