As the first company to design and produce reach trucks in China, UN FORKLIFT have led the development direction of reach trucks over the years. UN reach trucks have 30 years' development history. Advanced Technologies

1. Full AC system
   Full AC controller and motor system ensures the stability of the whole truck. It also reduces the motor heat and makes operation more stable. More importantly, it reduces maintenance frequency and consequently cuts costs.


2. Swerve angle and speed proportion control device
   For conventional forklifts, it's hard to control drive speed when turning, raising the danger of collisions. Our speed proportion control device employs proportional deceleration to ensure safer turning.


3. Brake Energy Saving Device
   When braking, the reach truck motor powers off automatically. This can reduce energy loss and save electricity, extending battery working hours.


4. Steering wheel automatic return function
   Using advanced electronics, the system automatically checks the steering wheel position from the last use and returns it the next time. When driving, the wheel position is shown in the panel.


5. Electronic steering device (option)
   By rotating steering wheel, the drive motor sends out impulse signal. The EPS controller then controls the steering motor according to designated procedures after receiving the order. This overcomes the limitations of mechanical or hydraulic steering devices and makes steering easy, flexible, accurate and effective.


6. Low Noise
   The full AC system ensures stability, while it minimizes of noise. When designing the reach trucks, we pay great attention to lowering noise levels to increase driver comfort and to protect the environment.


7. Green and energy saving
   Save cost -- Full AC system makes UN reach trucks more energy-efficient than any competitor. Investigation shows UN reach truck has the lowest recharging frequency and is the most energy-saving model.

Recycle energy -- When the mast is lowered, energy is recycled to battery, extending the working hours of battery and work cycle.
