On January 25th, 2016, Anhui Heli Co. Ltd. (HELI) and Jungheinrich AG formally signed a joint venture contract in Shanghai, China.The joint venture, named Jungheinrich HELI Industrial Truck Rental (China) Co.Ltd, is committed to carrying out a full range of electric and internal combustion industrial vehicle rental business in China.
Anhui HELI Co. Ltd. (HELI) was founded in 1958. It has been ranked at the top of forklift truck industry for 25 successive years in China, since 1991. HELI has the most integrated industrial vehicle industry chain and the biggest R&D, manufacture and export base of industrial vehicles with largest scale and a vast sales network in China for providing customers with comprehensive, fast and efficient integrated services.
Jungheinrich, AG was established in 1953. The headquarters is located in Hamburg, Germany. Jungheinrich is one of the world's leading industrial vehicles, warehousing technology and solution suppliers of logistics system and has vast experience in operation and management in the field of the global industrial vehicle rental business.
HELI and Jungheinrich will fully display respective superiority of their brands, products and network and service, complementary advantages and resource sharing in order to provide the full range of handling equipment and logistics solutions for the Chinese rental service market and customers. Customers can choose different products from simple hand pallet trucks to heavy-duty IC engine-powered counterbalanced trucks. Rental periods offered are flexible, ranging from one day to 60 months. Rental scale can be from one to a team.
