TCA Lifting has added a Palazzani Rango XTJ 52 |
TCA Lifting, one of the UK's leading suppliers of specialist access and lifting equipment for sales and rental, has introduced the UK's first 52 m spider platform to its rental fleet.
The Ragno XTJ 52, the tallest model from Palazzani Industrie SpA's Palift range, boasts the greatest working height for a spider platform in the world. It has a 20 m outreach and 52 m working height. It has no rotational and height limits and the narrow set-up is just 4m wide. The basket capacity is 400 kg (for four people).
It is light and compact for easier transport and access to restricted working areas. It can operate indoors without fuel and noise pollution, thanks to its two 220 V and 380 V electric motors augmenting its diesel engine.
The Palazzani Ragno XTJ 52 can also be used as a spider crane, with the application of a hydraulic wire winch with 500 kg of lifting capacity instead of the basket.
A radio remote control allows the operator plenty of space for positioning and monitoring the load movements.
Formerly known as Tracked Access, TCA Lifting changed its name in 2013 to better reflect its broader product offering.
It specialises in access and lifting equipment, and, in addition to equipment sales and rental, TCA Lifting also offers a wide range of support services including training, contract lifts, and technical and engineering services.
