The Health & Safety Event is set to return bigger and better than ever on 25-27 April 2023 at NEC Birmingham, and visitors are now able to register to attend for free.

The event will unite Health and Occupational Safety professionals, to come together at the UK’s premier health and safety event. Focusing on presenting the latest and innovative products and services across the industry, it will gather over 220+ exhibitors, offering 8000+ visitors the chance to find out what’s new on the market and source new suppliers.

Over the three days, there will be 60+ hours of free CPD accredited content across 5 theatres, as well as live demonstrations and workshops, and exclusive networking opportunities.

CPD-Accredited Conference Theatres

New for 2023, will be The Machinery Safety Zone (sponsored by PUWER Machinery Guarding), a dedicated area showcasing industrial machine safety products and solutions and host live demonstrations and workshops, helping you upskill and ensure your machinery complies with the requirements imposed by the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER 98). Also, new for 2023 is The Start-Up Street, also known as the entrepreneurial hub of the show. Featuring all the new movers and shakers that are shaping the future of health and safety management.

Returning in 2023 is The Knowledge Exchange Theatre (supported by R S Components), where industry experts will discuss the challenges faced by health and safety professionals and practitioners. Additionally, The Keynote Theatre will return to the main stage. Key industry speakers will provide the latest news and updates as well as regulations, guidance, and training within the health and safety industry. As an industry exclusive, IOSH will be delivering an exclusive two-day conference with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) covering the final day of content.

Industry partnerships

The Health & Safety Event is partnering with the Highways England Driving for Better Business campaign to deliver a unique feature for delegates in the form of the Driver Safety Zone. This will share vital information and resources with safety professionals who have responsibility for work-related road risk. Collaborating with a number of specialist partners, this zone will provide invaluable information and expert support to any safety professionals who are responsible for managing work-related road risk.

In partnership with British Safety Industry Federation and their Registered Safety Supplier Scheme, this dedicated trail will help visitors navigate around the show to meet BSIF members who have signed a binding contract to offer safety equipment and services that meets the appropriate standards, fully complies with the PPE regulations and appropriately marked.

The event is being supported by the British Safety Industry Federation, The Charted Society for Worker Health Protection, Health & Safety Matters, Health & Safety International, Health Business and The UK Asbestos Training Association.

The biggest brands in health and safety will also be exhibiting at the event including Brady, Boplan, Casella, Draeger Safety, EcoOnline, JSP, Mascot, NEBOSH, Portwest, Polyco Healthcare, Portwest Tranemo, Randox, R S Components, Skechers, Tawi, ToughBuilt, Uvex and many more plus many more.
