RFID Key Reader

Driver authorisation is achieved by an intelligent RFID key system making it possible to assign drivers to specific vehicles or categories of vehicles. Different user levels can be set for e.g. drivers, mechanics and managers.

Multiple integrated hour meters make it possible to make extensive vehicle utilisation analysis. This feature makes it possible to keep track of contractually agreed upon maximum working hours for rental vehicles and avoid expensive bills for over-contract hours.

Pre-Start Checklist Display

Pre-Operational Checklist

OptaFleet helps to achieve your Health & Safety objectives with the pre-operational checklist. With flexible check list possibilities you can determine your own check list questions and set specific actions and e-mail alerts when questions are answered negatively. Pre-Operational checks are carried out prior to a shift and/or each time the driver changes. If a defect is identified the system may produce a warning or decide to not activate the vehicle. The colour display is suited for use in harsh industrial environments.
