CLARK Material Handling Company has appointed Pacific Material Handling Solutions, Inc. (PMHSI) as an authorised distributor of CLARK products in the San Francisco Bay and Northern California markets.

PMHSI will support its CLARK new equipment, aftermarket parts and service efforts out of its facilities located in Union City, Sacramento, Stockton, and Modesto, California locations.
Holt of California remains an authorised distributor of CLARK products in the Sacramento, CA markets with facilities in West Sacramento, Stockton, Yuba City, and Redding, CA. Holt is a full-service materials handling dealer featuring full sales and service departments.

The Register-Guard reports that the assets of six PMHSI dealerships in Northern California have been acquired by Papé Material Handling.
Papé bought the assets of Pacific Material Handling Solutions' Yale forklift dealerships in Northern California including those in Modesto, Sacramento, Salinas, Stockton and Union City.
Terms of the deal, which includes acquisition of equipment and service contracts, were not disclosed.
The existing Papé Material Handling locations in Northern California will now offer Yale equipment in addition to Hyster equipment.
Papé Material Handling, part of Eugene, Oregon-based The Papé Group, Inc., provides sales, rental, finance, parts and service for the materials handling and warehousing industries throughout seven western states.
