Ningbo Ruyi Joint Stock Co., Ltd is expanding its North American presence by offering wholesale direct sales in the market through a new entity, Xilin-Americas Material Handling Inc. Its products will be branded as XILIN-AMERICAS.Ningbo Ruyi has been a leading Chinese original equipment manufacturer since 1985 and operates one of the largest materials handling equipment manufacturing facilities in the world. It currently employs 1,500 employees including 188 professional mechanical technicians, 77 senior engineers and 120 sales people. Its product line includes more than 430 types of lifting trucks including Pallet Trucks, Manual Lift Trucks, Electric Lift Trucks and Forklifts.
A major force globally, Ningbo Ruyi's products have been branded as XILIN in markets outside North America but have been distributed extensively throughout North America through private branded relationships until recently.
A leader in the materials handling industry, Ningbo Ruyi was the first Chinese manufacturer and exporter to secure the TUV/GS/CE certification for pallet trucks, boasts many ISO International certificates from the Cannon Quality Group, and holds several patents.
Xilin-Americas has appointed Robert Uhrig and Steve Guagliano Jr. as North American Business Development Representatives and Greg Hydes in charge of North American OEM Business Development. These individuals possess vast experience and are leaders in the North American materials handling industry.
Xilin-Americas will initially operate two warehouses: one in Chicago and one in Toronto to service the US and Canadian markets, respectively.
Ningbo Ruyi / Xilin-Americas exhibited at PROMAT 2013 at McCormick Place in Chicago from January 21 - 24.
