Nichiyu Electric Forklifts, one of the world's most respected manufacturers of electric forklifts, is seeking to bolster its Australian presence by widening its dealer network here.

Nichiyu began manufacturing electric forklifts in Japan in 1939. It began distributing forklifts in Australia in 1990, and in 2014 made NFM Forklifts, a division of MLA Holdings, the exclusive Australian distributor for Nichiyu.

Known for its commitment to research and development in innovative technologies, Nichiyu is at the forefront of the material handling equipment industry, said Gary Hodge, NFM Forklifts' National Manager. The 2020 model range is no exception and includes a new 4-wheel counterbalance series with many improved features.

"Nichiyu has a well-earned reputation as a reliable high-quality product. The company delivers the ultimate in terms of safe, clean, energy-efficient, eco-friendly forklifts that can handle the toughest applications."

Materials handling equipment companies that are interested in providing competitively priced Nichiyu forklifts for sale or rent, and distributing genuine Nichiyu parts, should contact Gary Hodge in Sydney on 02 9765 2040.
