Following the enormous success of RollerForks®, first launched in 2003, MSE-Forks is looking forward to the introduction of its revolutionary new Roll-PushPull unit (patent pending). The Roll-PushPull is fitted with patented RollerForks®, which can be swapped out for plate forks in a matter of a few minutes. The new combination will be unveiled at the NA 2010 material handling & logistics trade show in Cleveland, USA.

The advantage of a Roll-PushPull is that it can scoop up loads in one motion that are stacked on slipsheets directly on the floor. Loads can also be placed in containers extremely quickly, as this is done at a speed equivalent to the driving speed of the forklift truck. If slipsheeted pallets need to be stacked one on top of the other in a container, then PushPull units generally have to be used, because a RollerFork's rollers would impinge on the lower palletized load. In which case, the RollerFork principle would no longer work. Using a Roll PushPull, this is possible because it has a mechanism that is virtually identical to a standard pushpull. The load can be positioned easily on top of the lower load without causing it any damage.

When unloading stacked loads, e.g. two high, the upper load is grabbed using the PushPull gripper mechanism and the load along with its slipsheet is extracted using the pull mechanism. As soon as the forklift truck has exited the container, the load is placed on a standard in-house pallet and the RollerForks are extracted from beneath the load without the need to use the push mechanism. The load stays in place because the RollerForks' rollers rotate in opposite directions. Next, the load on the container floor is picked up - again without the need to use the pull mechanism - and placed on a pallet using the RollerForks - without the need to use the push mechanism.

If customers do not want to make use of the RollerForks' fast functionality, then the Roll PushPull is also available without RollerForks. The RollerForks can be swapped out for wide platen tines within a few minutes.

Of course, telescopic KOOI-ReachForks® will also be on show at the NA 2010. MSE-Forks is the world's largest manufacturer of hydraulically extendable and retractable tines for forklift trucks. Telescopic forks can be used to store pallets two deep. They are more affordable than pantograph forks and provide better residual load capacity. As well as storing pallets two deep, telescopic forks can also be used to load and unload trucks and trains from one side, and can be deployed as hydraulically extendable forks.

I know I can count on them. They give valuable suggestions on the campaign planning, and to publish content is as easy as abc, as they take care of the material layout and check links. This is a great support.
