The SmartSweep is a mechanical sweeper without electric drive, which fits onto any type of lift truck. The brushes are driven by v-belts, that are connected to the drive shaft of the SmartSweep. As the SmartSweep does not have an engine, or hydraulic or electric drives, it can be used on all types of lift trucks. The SmartSweep can be attached to all electric, diesel or LPG-driven lift trucks.

In less then one minute it can be attached to the forks of most forklifts.

The cost of the SmartSweep is very low compared to a 'traditional' sweeper and is a much more cost-effective solution to keep your work areas clean and tidy.

The SmartSweep has been developed for indoor and outdoor use (in dry conditions) and has two pneumatic tyres and a rubber support wheel. The unique design enables the SmartSweep to turn in a very small turning circle due to the rear support wheel. The sweeping part exists of two side brushes and one central main brush that have a total sweeping width of 1500mm. The main brush is 965mm wide and has a diameter of 305mm. It is made of 6 double rows of polypropylene mixed with steel wire, which guarantees a very high wear-resistance. The side brushes (diameter 45cm) are completely made of polypropylene.

The machine can sweep in the smallest angles and has a rubbish volume of 255 litres. The built-in dust filter ensures the cleaning is virtually dust-free. A system has been developed, so that dust and collected dirt can quickly and efficiently emptied in a dust container.
