We all want to make money, save money, or improve the bottom line. We need to make our forklifts more efficient and help our drivers get better use of their time and become more productive. We need to stop accidents from happening; we need a safe working environment. Safety does not happen by accident! Safety, like profitability, is by design and implemented as planned.

That is what "Speedshield" is all about. That is what we do!

General Motors, Blue Scope Steel, Alcan, Nestles', Woolworths, and many other major corporations are utilizing Speedshield features to make their warehouse and manufacturing facilities safer and more productive.

Speed control, seat belt interlocks, driver identification verification, and operator presence are standard Speedshield features integrated into their system and it is working on most brands of forklifts.

The Fleet Weigh unit is our easy to install forklift scale and prestart checklist.

Fleet Weigh - "Shelf Height / Tilt Angle Display" is now available. Fitted with additional sensors the Shelf Height selector becomes a valuable part of Fleet Weigh. It will let the operator know if the forks are at the right height to pick the pallet from that shelf. An additional tilt angle sensor and he / she can enter or exit that pallet without damaging product, pallet, or racking. Faster and better quality storage and retrieval are end results of this new feature.

Today, many forklifts operators do not recognize an overloaded situation. If they can pick up the load, they will. Fleet Weigh overload protection option will record overloading events and can prevent gross overloading, preventing injuries, damage, and product or facilities destruction.

We work close with Fleet managers and they are demanding to know more about when, how, and by whom their equipment is being used and abused. They know that prevention of damage is far more cost effective than repairing damage or replacement of equipment. Speedshield "Real time" data alerts management when a forklift is in an accident. SpeedShield knows if the driver was authorized and trained to drive; if the prestart checklist shows proper maintenance, and that the speed has been restricted according to conditions. Management can prove they have done all that is possible to protect their employees. Lawsuits can be held at bay. If it gets past Speedshield it is an act of God, manufacturers defect, or employee negligence.

How can managers get real time data? SpeedShield "Plus" is introducing it's 900 MHz activity reports that will communicate through the internet to upload and download essential data as it happens. All forklifts with the "SSP" within a 1 mile radius are in range to maintain continuous communications. Impact, prestart deficits, and other critical data is available for management to monitor.

Many forklift manufacturers are offering great new features on their forklifts today and in 10 years they may incorporate the Speedshield initiatives as their standard features....but until then, we are pleased to be at the cutting edge....the leaders in the field!

I know I can count on them. They give valuable suggestions on the campaign planning, and to publish content is as easy as abc, as they take care of the material layout and check links. This is a great support.
