* In 2007, the National Ports Authority of South Africa will bring the 5th Intermodal Africa 2007 Exhibition and Conference to South Africa from Wednesday 28 to Friday 30 March 2007 taking place at the International Convention Centre in the vibrant and multicultural city of Durban.
* This 2 days Pan-African and International Exhibition and Conference is honoured to be hosted by the National Ports Authority of South Africa.
* Intermodal Africa is the largest annual Containerised Ports, Shipping and Transport Logistics Exhibition and Conference to take place on the African continent every year and one of the largest within the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
* The 2 days Conference will be a gathering of 30 world-class conference speakers in global transport and logistics attended by a prestigious and impressive gathering of 500 senior executive delegates from the world's leading shippers, cargo owners, shipping lines, freight forwarders, logistics companies, ports, terminal operating companies, railway operators, port equipment and services suppliers.
* There will be English-French-English bilingual translation available throughout the two days' Conference Programme.
* The concurrent 2 days Exhibition will be a major commercial opportunity for 100 companies and sponsors to exhibit transport related products and services to more than 800 Pan African and international senior executive decision making participants.
* On Wednesday 28 March 2007, there will be a Technical Site Visit to the Port of Durban followed by a Welcome Reception sponsored by South African Port Operations for all participations and spouses. On Thursday 29 March 2007, there will be a spectacular Gala Dinner sponsored by the National Ports Authority of South Africa for all participants and spouses.
* The Conference Delegate rate is US$1,495 plus a Special Offer of 3 delegates for the price of 2 at US$1,495 per delegate.
* The Conference Delegate rate for African Union country nationals is US$695 (ID required).
