Wheelsafe loose wheel nut and low tyre pressure indicators each provide easy visual operator based identification of pending mechanical and safety problems. The pointed loose wheel nut indicators, ranging in size from 20.5mm to 44mm are simple pushed over the pre torqued wheel nuts in a uniform pattern. Any loosening of the nuts will cause the indicator to deviate from this pattern, clearly indicating to the operator or mechanic, the need for intervention. Additionally, due to their in built heat sensitivity the indicators change colour and distort at the perimeter to indicate excessive heat build up due to say sticking brakes.

Wheelsafe tyre pressure indicators are an innovative high quality replacement to the dust cap, providing a three colour visual status of your current tyre pressures, green safe, yellow caution, and red danger. We stock pressure indicators from 26psi to 50psi in increments of 2psi and can supply up to 80psi.

Wheelsafe indicators are utilised extensively in the transport, mining, agricultural, materials handling and private vehicle industries, on forklifts, earthmovers, trucks, 4WD's, buses, cars, stationary high vibration plant.

Wheelsafe indicators are inexpensive and reusable, and have the potential to significantly save on equipment downtime and repair costs, as well as increasing safety. Due to their visual identification aspects, operators are more inclined to identify and report faults, pre empting serious safety issues, or mechanical failure.
